“Tim Walz has been very consistent about his views,” says vlogger Tarl Warwick on his Styxhexenhammer666 show, “but somehow it’s a conspiracy theor[y] if you say, ‘well, he seems awfully cozy with China, he’s applauding socialism, he’s applauding a communist nation. . . .”
Warwick acknowledges that there are two possible views of Walz’s China obsession, which he explains in the episode “Tim Walz Has Disturbing Views On China”:
- “Tim Walz has been indoctrinated. He has literally imbibed Chinese doctrine with regards to socio-politics and actually believes that s**t.”
- “He’s just f**kin’ nuts, doesn’t realize what the f**k he’s saying.”
Warwick asserts that we should take a man’s confession of faith at face value, and that to “judge that Tim Walz is not a socialist, at this point, is to assume that he is a liar.”
Sure, politicians are liars, for the most part. But sometimes, Warwick hazards, it’s best to just accept a politician as telling the truth about what he believes, when he says it repeatedly. “He’s been very, very consistent.”
And “he should not be a heartbeat away from the presidency.”
